HOW TO USE - PREP AND DEFINE 1. Start by smoothing your lips with an exfoliant to create a smooth canvas. Then, dab on a touch of Skin Fetish: Sublime Perfection Concealer to neutralise your natural lip color. 2. Define the lip and enhance staying power with a coordinating PermaGel Ultra Lip Pencil.

BUILD COLOR OPACITY IN LAYERS 1. Use your finger to press and roll the color onto your lips, starting in the middle of the bottom lip and working outwards to the edges. Repeat on the top lip. 2. Build the color opacity in layers to achieve your desired intensity.

CREATE LONGER-LASTING WEAR 1. After applying the lipstick, gently pull a tissue apart into two thin sheets. 2. Press one of the sheets against your lips and lightly dust with Sublime Perfection Setting Powder.
